Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Volavue website at volavue.fyi and the structured decision-review service ("Service") offered by ThinkWell Labs, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Volavue", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the Service is
The Service is a single, contained structured decision review of approximately 60–90 minutes, applying the Personal Decision Topology framework to a situation or decision you bring to us. The output is an organised view of the forces, relationships, pressures, structure and probable consequence paths shaping the decision.
3. What the Service is not
- Therapy, counselling, or psychological treatment.
- Ongoing coaching or mentorship.
- Crisis intervention or emergency support.
- Legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
If you are in crisis or need emergency help, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
5. Booking and payment
Sessions are booked through our scheduling provider (Cal.com) and paid through Stripe at the price shown at the time of booking. Payment is due at booking. Your session is confirmed once payment is received.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no charge, subject to availability, provided the reschedule is requested more than 48 hours before the original session. Refunds, when applicable, are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
7. Your conduct
You agree to use the Service for its intended purpose and to provide accurate information in the intake. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use the Service in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a session.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkWell Labs, LLC, its members and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the session in question.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThinkWell Labs, LLC and its members and affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Intellectual property
The Volavue name and brand, the Personal Decision Topology framework, the website design, copy and code are owned by ThinkWell Labs, LLC. You retain ownership of the content you provide in the intake; you grant us a limited licence to use it only as needed to prepare for and deliver your session.
12. Confidentiality
We treat the content of your session as confidential, subject to disclosures required by law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where prohibited by applicable law.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
