Our position on cookies

VolaVue keeps the use of cookies and similar technologies to a minimum. Our own site does not set cookies. The cookies that are set come from third-party services we embed in order to deliver the Service, and they are treated as strictly necessary — without them, scheduling and payment cannot work.

What sets cookies

• Cal.com — the scheduling embed on the booking page. Sets cookies required for the scheduler to function. See cal.com/privacy.
• Stripe — the payment flow inside the Cal.com booking. Sets cookies required for payment and fraud prevention. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare — may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) to distinguish humans from automated traffic. Strictly necessary for site security. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

All of the above are limited to functional and security purposes. We do not load any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

Your intake answers

If you complete the intake form, your answers are kept in your browser's sessionStorage (not a cookie) only for the lifetime of the browser tab, so the booking page can pass them to the scheduler. They are not stored on any server we operate.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies for volavue.fyi in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will disable the scheduler and payment, and you can instead schedule by emailing us directly.
